2026 Experience Components:
- A three-day, opportunity for students and professionals. Delegates will gather for a leadership EXPERIENCE in real time rooted in history, culture, and spirit.
- Delegates will participate in a culturally centered EXPERIENCE, highlighting the culture, spirit, history, and rituals from the communities we serve.
- A signature “Mantle of the Nations Town Hall” with dynamic speakers who are critical voices and thought leaders in our community.
- Leadership Workshops/break-out sessions designed to equip students and professionals, centered in core leadership skills and competencies.
- An Advisors Institute—to meet specific needs of professionals serving on college campuses to support students of color.
- Our signature Leadership Experience in Real Time (LEIRT) group process allows campus leaders to put theory into practice. LEIRT is designed to help students demonstrate and practice their leadership skills with support from advisors allowing space for collaboration and coalition building.
- A marketplace with opportunities to engage vendors with authentic hand-crafted goods from all over the world.
- A signature souvenir items for each participant.
- An EXPERIENCE Gospel Choir led by recording artists in the United States and Africa.
- A space that brings the world together, institutions from South Africa, Ghana, Senegal, Somalia, Nigeria, and other parts of the world and across the United States.
- Sponsors offering internship and job opportunities.
- An innovative interactive app that allows for networking prior to the experience and after. Everything you need will be at your fingertips.
