Discount code will be provided to primary contact person upon registration of 10 or more delegates. Once the discount code is received you will be able to register the additional student delegate. Scholarship is applied for early bird registrations.
Step 2: Additional Registration Details
Registration closes, Friday, January 5, 2026.
To request payment by institutional check email info@belgllc.com with the number of registrants including registration type: undergraduate student, graduate student, or professional staff member. An invoice will be provided to the designated contact person.
Please click here if your college/university requires a W-9.
NO CANCELLATIONS, however, substitutions are permitted. All substitution names must be provided no later than January 2, 2026.
