What to Wear
The AASLE/AAPILE/CHLLE is a professional leadership experience so please bring business formal/professional attire for three days. Additionally, bring tasteful casual attire for Friday night’s talent competition and Saturday’s party. There is also a Worship Service on Sunday. Last but not least, we believe it’s important that we maintain a balance between mind, body and spirit; therefore, please bring workout attire for the morning exercise sessions!

Participation Opportunities
Leadership Experience in Real Time (LEiRT)
All students and advisors are required to participate in the “Leadership Experience in Real Time” group process.
Advisors will:
- Be assigned to a group of approximately 12-15 students.
- Stay connected to their group/representative to ensure that they stay on task.
- Check-in with the LEiRT Leadership team/representatives to provide updates on their progress.
- Identify and address any challenges of the group.
- Remain neutral, but supportive.
Social Activities

The Experience Gospel Choir – Annually the delegates come together to form a gospel choir. If your delegates are interested in participating, please have them sign up at the Information Desk!
Back to the 90s – Official Delegate After Party (theme: 90s Attire) – Make sure you bring tasteful attire!!! Prizes given for best dressed!
